As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound communication with customers, focusing on professional and empathetic negotiations for the collection of outstanding accounts.

You will be responsible for finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer, whether it's adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment, or restructuring loan terms.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience in collections, preferably in a contact center environment, and strong active listening skills to convey information clearly and handle challenging customer interactions effectively.

A background in sales is a major asset, and being comfortable using multiple applications and monitors simultaneously to manage account workflows efficiently is a must.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers.

  • Find and implement the correct solution for each customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing accurate information.
