Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions, data, and deal progress within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Coordinate with the Sales Director and sales representatives to manage schedules, send reminders, and prepare for meetings
  • Draft and send professional digital communications to clients and partner agencies
  • Track and follow up on leads, documentation, and application progress to ensure optimal product use
  • Maintain regular communication with real estate agents and agencies to support strong partnerships
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and provide reports as required by the Sales Director
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and activity logging
  • Comfort with digital tools including email automation, calendar platforms, and communication systems
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and anticipate team needs
  • Excellent written communication skills, with clear, concise, and persuasive writing ability
  • High level of accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and task tracking
  • Friendly, solution-oriented approach to engaging with customers and agency partners
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve administrative or scheduling issues before they become problems
