Document Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining various documentation. Your expertise in writing clear and concise content will ensure that all audiences can understand the information provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive documents including Standard Operating Procedures, instruction manuals, training materials, policies, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product and documentation requirements.
  • Design and implement digital solutions using HTML and CSS.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge bases across the organization.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear language.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members.
Requirements:
  • Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global or international service environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
