Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables of a project.

This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Manage the development and submission of CDRL deliverables
  • Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO and client standards
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects is also required.
