Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce growth for brand partners. This remote position requires a suitable work-from-home setup, fostering flexibility and independence.

We are a digital marketing agency and seller consultant that supports brand executives in controlling and growing their Amazon channel businesses. Our services include full platform account management, including inventory management, listing optimization, advertising campaign management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for assigned accounts on a weekly basis, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop clear PPC strategies and educate clients on the inner workings of PPC, maintaining open communication and fostering client trust.
  • Regularly update clients on progress, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop PPC campaigns that align with inventory across all marketplaces, promotional calendars, and seasonal events, showcasing effective teamwork and coordination.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new tools, and features; identify category-specific insights to drive client understanding and alignment, leveraging expertise and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon PPC Ads; 1–2 years on other marketplaces (Walmart, Target, eBay, etc.).
  • Proven knowledge of online search advertising (Amazon and other marketplaces) with a track record of increasing sales, demonstrating results-driven approach.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; experience creating advertising reports and recommending ad budgets and management strategies with account managers and clients, highlighting analytical prowess.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or higher is a plus, indicating high level of education and expertise.
  • Ability to work in a face-to-face, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients, showcasing adaptability and cultural competence.
