Seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. This role also involves managing order status updates, resolving any order-related issues, monitoring inventory levels, and restocking items as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

This individual will provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone), accurately input and update data in our proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets, analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize operations, assist in creating product descriptions, marketing copy, and other online content, and perform additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, experience in USA E-Commerce, experience in creating/editing Newsletters, and expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.

A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment is essential. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and thrive in a remote working environment.
