About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to support our inbound and outbound customer service initiatives.

You will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services while delivering exceptional service quality.

This role is ideal for natural problem solvers who thrive on creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and issue resolution techniques.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources to drive business results.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to maintain expertise and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements to meet business demands.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous call center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Work-from-home experience an asset.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic computer proficiency.
  • High-speed internet connection and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and follow-up processes.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
