SEO Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute organic search strategies across various industries and site types. This role involves driving traffic growth, improving search rankings, and translating performance data into clear, actionable plans.

Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple clients, including technical, on-page, and off-page efforts. You will conduct in-depth SEO audits, competitive gap analyses, and keyword opportunity mapping. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during builds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting with multiple concurrent clients
• Proven track record of driving measurable SEO results (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
• Experience implementing SEO strategies across various industries and CMS platforms
• Strong keyword research and content strategy skills aligned with business objectives
• Ability to collaborate with developers on technical SEO needs such as indexing, redirects, and performance
• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to present insights in clear, non-technical terms
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative team environment
