We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity Technical Support Specialist.

  • This role involves providing exceptional technical support to clients via calls, chats, and emails.

You will be responsible for resolving support inquiries of varying difficulties, gathering data to ensure the required technical information is collected to resolve complex tickets, and maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services.

">Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch technical support to clients through multiple channels.

  2. Resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.

">Requirements:

  1. Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).

  2. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is a must.

  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

  4. Broad understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) is a must.

  5. Broad understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP.

  6. Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.

  7. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

">Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.

  2. Experience working with engineers.

  3. Degree in computer science or information technology.

  4. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
