Presales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist to join our team as a Presales Engineer.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose network and security-based solutions; create and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Design scalable and efficient architectures that meet customer needs for Palo Alto deployments; assist in the development of bills of material.
• Validate Palo Alto network configurations; act as a trusted advisor for both customers and sales teams, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1 year of related experience in a similar environment required; previous experience in presales engineering preferably within network and security solutions.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills with good listening and comprehension skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto Networks products, including next-generation firewalls, Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, and other related security technologies.
• Network or security certifications are a plus (not required); CompTIA Network+, Security+, CyberSecurity Analyst+, other relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) and Palo Alto Networks Certified CyberSecurity Associate (PCCSA) are preferred but not mandatory.
