Job Overview

The Early Careers and Campus Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. This position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account-specific activities including CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, and updates to the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of relevant processes.
  • Evaluate and address day-to-day queries as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent English business communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and writing skills.
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work a mid-shift schedule.
  • Flexibility to work on a fixed-term contract.
