Key Responsibilities

Landing Page Design

Design conversion-focused landing pages according to defined roadmaps and stated strategic goals.

Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience across all devices.

Stay abreast of current industry trends and gather inspiration for pages.

Platform Utilization

Use, maintain, and contribute new components to brands' design systems in Figma.

Assist developers by reviewing and editing pages in Replo as needed.

A/B Testing & Optimization

Utilize results from A/B testing to make informed decisions about future designs.

Implement iterative changes to optimize performance quickly.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align landing page design with campaign goals.

Clearly communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Experience

1+ years in web design with a focus on landing page creation and optimization is required.

Design systems experience, especially maintaining Figma libraries, is a plus.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Figma is essential.

Understanding of A/B testing and comfort analyzing data are necessary.

Knowledge of Replo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
