Conversational AI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, testing, and refining conversational flows that drive natural, effective, and compliant interactions between AI systems and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems.
  • Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
  • Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.
  • Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context.
Requirements
  • Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs or conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.
  • Ability to analyse data, spot patterns, and recommend improvements.
