Marketing Position

We're seeking a driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

You'll work closely with the founder to shape strategy, create systems, and drive results that will bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Bulk up a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales.
  • A solid foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
