Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing automation specialist to join our team.

This position involves setting up and configuring software according to company requirements, customizing settings to align with business processes and goals, and ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • GHL Software Setup and Configuration:
    • Set up and configure Go High Level software to meet client needs
    • Customize GHL settings to align with business objectives
    • Integrate GHL with existing systems for efficient workflow management
  • Process Automation:
    • Identify opportunities for automation within GHL and implement workflows
    • Create and manage automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences
    • Optimize automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Lead Management:
    • Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in GHL
    • Develop lead follow-up pipelines
    • Configure lead scoring and segmentation
    • Implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates
  • CRM Management:
    • Customize and manage the GHL CRM to meet business needs
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance
    • Create and manage pipelines, deals, and contact records
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and manage marketing campaigns using GHL
    • Set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Client Communication:
    • Configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat)
    • Set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders
    • Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in GHL
    • Monitor key metrics and KPIs
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Training and Support:
    • Train team members on using GHL effectively
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for GHL-related issues
    • Stay up-to-date with GHL updates and best practices
