Job Title: AI Automation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build and maintain automated workflows across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms.
  • Ai-native mindset: comfortable testing adopting and applying emerging AI tools.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python) a plus but not required.
  • Highly analytical detail-oriented and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency SaaS or automation-heavy environments a plus.
