About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a specialist in collections, who can effectively manage relationships and ensure timely payments from clients.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at resolving disputes and addressing client concerns.

  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, preferably in international accounts;
  • The ability to use dialers proficiently;
  • Proven account management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution;
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least Windows 11 OS installed;
  • A processor with a speed of at least 2.0 GHz or Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or any dual-core or better processor;
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM;
  • At least 80 GB hard drive space or at least 20 GB of free space available;
  • An available USB port or a USB headset with noise-canceling feature;
  • Internet access via cable or fiber only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps, connected directly to the PC or laptop.
