We're looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Collections Specialist.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to handle incoming and outgoing communication from customers, including phone calls, emails, and messages. The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills and be able to effectively resolve overdue accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, preferably in a contact center environment, with a background in sales. They should be comfortable using multiple applications and monitors simultaneously to manage account workflows efficiently.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Collections Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, preferably in a contact center (BPO) environment.
  • Sales Knowledge: A background in sales is highly valued.
  • Cross Functionality: Ability to use multiple applications and monitors simultaneously to manage account workflows efficiently.
  • Customer Service Extraordinaire: Strong active listening skills and ability to convey information clearly and handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
  • Career Maturity: Confident and professional demeanor when addressing sensitive topics.
  • Solutions Oriented: Solution-focused mindset with ability to think critically and make accurate decisions.
