Senior Financial Operations Specialist


Job Description:

This is a senior-level role responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our business process outsourcing (BPO) division. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing financial insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and strategy, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
