Financial Operations Specialist

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the districts in achieving their business objectives. This involves analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement 5-year financial plans for the districts, aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and administrative costs for the districts.
  • Evaluate actual profit performance against budgeted targets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide recommendations for profit maximization and sustainability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and district teams.
  • Supervise the financial operations of the districts, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
