Luxury Wellness Retreat Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the marketing strategy for a luxury wellness retreat in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales of off-plan villas.
- Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Optimize Reels, stories, and posts with raw video and photo content.
- Run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
- Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
- Establish a structured funnel and lead qualification system.
- Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
- 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
- Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
- Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
