Job Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is your chance to own the entire marketing journey, from building brand presence to generating high-quality leads.

This role requires collaborating closely with the founder to shape strategy, create systems, and drive results that bring the vision to life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project
  • Generate high-quality leads from international markets using targeted online marketing campaigns
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into engaging Reels, stories, and posts
  • Set up and run paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites
  • Able to independently create and manage campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive sales
  • Familiar with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space
