Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Active control automation and industrial sales corporation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants for new job openings, conducting initial interviews, and preparing necessary documents. Additionally, they will maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of applicants through recruitment portals
  • Performing initial interviews and pre-employment requirements
  • Preparing documents for bank account opening
  • Maintaining up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Assisting with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, fixing errors, and filing appropriately
  • Conducting or assisting with new hire orientation
  • Creating employee-employer contracts
  • Processing business permit renewals, if necessary
  • Monitoring employee tardiness and absenteeism monthly
  • Monitoring tenure of contracts
  • Assisting with planning and execution of special events
  • Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regularization
  • Communicating with public services when necessary
  • Working closely with the HR Head and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Preparing accountability reports for employees

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
