We are a dynamic company seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our recruitment and human resources functions. This role involves candidate outreach, backend recruitment tasks, social media management, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact candidates who have completed the initial application but did not proceed with the next steps.
  • Follow up with no-show candidates and coordinate rescheduling of interviews.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication to nurture candidate relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Monday.com, Zoom, and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo. We offer a remote work setup with a standard working schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
