Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Tool Helpdesk Analyst. This position will be responsible for providing support to sales teams and ensuring that B2B contracts are correctly submitted into CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

  • Process incidents and requests submitted by users through various platforms.
  • Provide live assistance through chat support.
Responsibilities

This role involves a range of responsibilities including:

  • Scheduling adherence: Reporting to work on time, following rest day schedules, and informing managers of planned leaves.
  • Quality standards: Maintaining quality standards in accordance with client metrics, ensuring timely corrections of quality deficiencies, and analyzing requests/incidents properly.
  • Teamwork and communication: Attending scheduled meetings, acting as a backup for teammates, and handling customer volumes in their absence.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Open to applicants with no prior BPO experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new CRM tools and systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
