Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assess learner performance data, evaluate training effectiveness, and partner with learning leaders to implement solutions. In this role, you will analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to offer actionable insights that drive enhancements in learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret learner performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.
  • Root-Cause Analysis: Perform thorough analyses of performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Business Insight Generation: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions.
  • Insight Presentation: Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively communicated, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design.
  • Project Participation: Participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout.
  • Customer Focus: Support and advocate for a 'Customer First' mindset, challenging existing processes and pursuing innovative solutions to enhance the learner and stakeholder experience.
