As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for improving our processes and frameworks to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify, assess, optimize, and document core business processes. This includes establishing a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.

Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.

Additionally, you will support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.

Lastly, you will monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
