# Vendor Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Performance Specialist to lead and manage third-party vendors within the Consumer domain.
- Strategically oversee and optimize vendor relationships for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Analyze and present insights to stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor collaboration and adherence to operational excellence standards.
- Ensure vendors meet or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve complex technical, process, and operational issues through root cause analysis and effective solutions.
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals and objectives.
This role is critical in maintaining regulatory and quality standards while driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute vendor performance enhancement strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and service excellence.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in vendor management or Consumer Operations.
- Proven track record of leading BPO operations or directly relevant Consumer Operations experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using data to drive operations improvements.
- Extensive understanding of business operations and industry trends.
