We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for generating and updating quality specifications, control plans, and department manuals through process change requests (PCRs) whenever there are changes and improvements in quality and process control systems and product/process specifications.

You will also initiate and implement required product tests and inspection procedures in conformance with applicable standards such as JEDEC, Military Standard, ASTM, AEC, etc. to ensure product quality, functionality, and reliability.

In addition, you will verify and analyze non-conforming in-process materials and products by applying approved product tests and inspections and comparing the results to existing product specifications to arrive at proper disposition and recommendation.

This includes documenting dispositions through Non-Conformance Management (NCM) systems.

The Quality Engineer will actively participate in module meetings with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Control departments to discuss and deal with line issues and corrective actions as well as to outline continuous improvement efforts with reference to set measurable objectives.

You will also initiate, generate, implement, and evaluate corrective actions to Material Review Board (MRB)/Non-Conformance Report (NCR) cases and Test returns/complaints by working with the team for the execution of systematic procedure in problem solving (8 Discipline) to prevent recurrence of highlighted discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor industry preferably Assembly and/or Test process and knowledge in Assembly measuring and test equipment.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be knowledgeable in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
