Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of our B2B/B2C platform as an E-commerce and Supplier Partnerships Lead. This is an offshore role where you'll be a key player, focusing on expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, and nurturing commercial partnerships.

This hands-on role requires a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Performance Analysis
  • Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Essential Skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.
