E-commerce Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an E-commerce Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a fast worker, proficient in English, and possess strong writing skills.

  • Efficiently process customer orders ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of products and services.
  • Manage order status updates and resolve any order-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records conduct regular audits and provide data-driven insights for operational improvements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries resolving issues in a professional and timely manner via various communication channels.
  • Provide excellent customer support through email chat phone and other mediums ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data identify trends and optimize operations for improved efficiency productivity and profitability.
  • Assist in creating product descriptions marketing copy and other online content promoting products and services effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and verbal with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in USA E-commerce preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Experience in creating editing Newsletters promotions and other online content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel with ability to analyze data and create reports.
