We are seeking a highly skilled and organized E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.

Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates. You will also handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders
  • Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment reports
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide technical support for presentations and collaborate with other teams on website development.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data
