Senior Financial Analyst Position

We are on a mission to revolutionize the way we approach finance by leveraging advanced technologies. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals from various backgrounds, including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, Square, Carta, SoFi, Amex, and Chase.
Our goal is to build a world-class asset-securing platform that enables us to offer lower APRs to consumers. We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting expert who wants to work with complex data to reconcile daily credit card and deposit activity.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling credit card and deposit transactions daily, including purchases, accrued interest, fees, payments, and money movements.
- Providing financial audit support to the Controller.
- Assisting the Controller with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings.
- Documenting and creating standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in banking, lending, or hedging.
- Prior experience with reconciling credit card and deposit transactions.
- Prior experience with month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
- Experience using communication tools, task management tools, and email.
