Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, they will oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Management: Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Bonus Calculation: Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.
  • Documentation: Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Process Documentation: Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Data Analysis: Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
