  • Adhere to format standards and monitor quality control.">
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.">
  • Distribute payment statements correctly.">
  • Attend meetings with senior executives to discuss important topics.">
  • Communicate with various service providers and engage in transactions.">
  • Source providers that can improve and automate financial processes.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent field is required.">
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience is essential.">
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Accountant is highly beneficial.">
  • Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles is necessary.">
  • Proficiency in manual bookkeeping is required.">
  • Experience processing at least 80 to 100 employee salaries is preferred.">
  • Familiarity with labor laws is vital.">
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information are crucial.">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.">
  • Creative ability and writing proficiency are desired traits.">
  • Effective interpersonal skills are required to deal with people at all levels.">
