Cash Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently collecting cash from customers while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring adherence to company policies.

About the Role:
  • Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and effective conflict resolution.
  • Handle queries and investigations in a swift and efficient manner, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Process final notices and take appropriate actions for non-payments, including account closure and service termination.
  • Maintain compliance with document processes and adhere to approval procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cash collections or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful cash collection in a busy global AR team.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
