Technical Support Representative: Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing top-notch customer service.

Job Description

The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat. This includes:

  • Triage and escalation of technical issues
  • Providing world-class technical support to customers
  • Maintaining consistent ticket quality and achieving monthly review targets

In addition to these responsibilities, the Technical Support Representative will work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, provide feedback and input to improve support processes, and develop subject matter expertise on Turnitin products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of customer support experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • An understanding of multiple integration paths
  • In-depth knowledge of expert areas, including configuration, features, bugs, and known issues
