Your Role

The Senior Customer Advocate interacts with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.

You'll collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely, professional customer service.

Our Expectations
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Conduct customer consultation calls, troubleshoot technical issues, escalate problems, and investigate concerns.
  • Track and resolve issues, ensuring they are properly documented, prioritized, and addressed.
  • Escalate issues promptly to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge with the external team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills.
  • Strong phone handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Intercom CRM is a plus.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and systems.
  • Ability to accept feedback graciously.
  • Intermediate understanding of Customer Experience best practices.
