**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing digital initiatives, promoting the resort and its restaurants, establishing partnerships with complementary brands, and facilitating events and programs to drive revenue growth.

**Estimated Salary:** PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Content Creation and Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement content strategies across various social media platforms to engage our audience and increase brand awareness.
    • Create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
    • Design and execute social media campaigns, contests, and engagement activities to drive followership and generate revenue.
  • Restaurant Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the F&B marketing team to develop and execute promotional plans for our restaurants.
    • Research and identify opportunities to partner with local businesses and influencers to promote our restaurants.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, producers, and suppliers to secure business collaborations.
  • Digital and Brand Reputation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all online profiles, including our website, social media pages, and listings.
    • Monitor and manage online reputation through social listening tools and respond promptly to customer feedback.
    • Ensure consistency in our brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Administration:
    • Prepare monthly initiative reports and social media analytics reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Develop and maintain databases of network contacts, email marketing lists, and competitor intelligence.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
