Business Intelligence Developer

This is a highly strategic and dynamic position that involves the design and development of business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Building data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Designing and developing SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during ETL processes.
  • Documenting solutions, including data models, configurations, and setup.
  • Developing and working with SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Converting business requirements into technical specifications and implementing them through reports that support decision-making.
  • Analyzing the current ETL process and defining and designing new systems.
  • Using Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Collaborating with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis.
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources, via APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL, etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
