Job Title
Workforce Reports Analyst Team Lead

This is a leadership role that requires analysis of current performance, deep dive analytics, and real-time forecasting to determine staff requirement adjustments. The ideal candidate will have experience using WFM tools such as PowerBI and SQL, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
* Analyze current performance and provide actionable insights for business improvement
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and reports to support client meetings and calibration calls
* Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
* Manage front-line WFM POCs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure optimal performance

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce management or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders
