Business Intelligence Specialist

A key contributor to our organization is sought after for the role of Business Intelligence Specialist.

This individual will lead business decisions by developing and providing data insights through data analysis, creating reports of patterns, trends, and business opportunities. Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will mine data from various resources to design impactful recommendations for stakeholders. The Business Intelligence Specialist will create specifications for reports and analysis based on in-depth assessments and understanding of organizational needs and available data.

About this Role

  • Collections, analysis, and reporting on key metrics and conclusions to maintain the integrity of reports and dashboards for seamless business operations.
  • Supporting customer teams and driving efficiency through projects of moderate complexity with expanded solutions and knowledge.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships to ensure high-quality data availability for analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Developing data-driven insights for all stakeholders and engaging daily for planning, forecasting, and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or related work experience.
  • Proactive in providing recommendations, insights, and forecasting during stakeholder meetings.
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations from scratch, not relying on existing templates.
  • Ability to provide actionable insights in reports.
  • Knowledge of sales data, especially sales terminology.
  • Experience with sales data, KPIs, and revenue.
