As a Relationship Manager in our Commercial Banking Division, you will:

  1. Develop customized credit solutions tailored to clients' needs and create corresponding credit proposals.
  2. Regularly monitor clients' portfolios to ensure credit quality and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Engage with clients through regular calls and plant visits to build strong relationships.
  4. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all loan accounts.
  5. Supervise Account Coordinators to guarantee timely and proper booking of transactions and adherence to regulatory policies.

This role offers the opportunity to work with commercial and corporate clients, collaborate with internal teams, and build lasting relationships with customers and business partners.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
  2. Experience handling commercial and corporate clients is an advantage.
  3. A strong foundation in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
  4. Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
