Job Overview


We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of complex customer-facing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring that both our goals and those of our clients are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver custom board enablement and Ubuntu image deployment to customers.">
  • Develop project statements of work and maintain project schedules/project plans.">
  • Obtain client agreement on project scope and timelines.">
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery within time, resources, and scope expectations.">
  • Drive technical issue resolution to achieve desired outcomes.">
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.">
  • Manage third-party deliverables and ensure seamless project execution.">
  • Provide status updates to management and identify opportunities for process improvements.">
  • Advocate for relevant technologies to support customer needs.">
  • Foster effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.">

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven project management experience in delivering engineering services to customers.">
  • Extensive experience managing projects with global internal and external resources.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field.">
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and open-source software, as well as computer architecture.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.">
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with experience building successful partnerships and working relationships.">
  • PMP/PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is a plus.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support a worldwide sales and project team.">
