Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in the areas of software development, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and process improvements. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, execute, monitor, and close IT, software, and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate between software developers, IT engineers, and ECE professionals.
  • Oversee programming timelines, system integration, hardware deployment, and network setups.
  • Optimization processes flow to improve project efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation.
  • Manage risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT, software development, infrastructure, or telecommunications projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware systems.
  • Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (Python, Java, C++, or related).
  • Process mapping and process improvement skills (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to be assigned to fieldwork locations. (Makati & Paranaque)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
