Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements
  • Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting
