Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

Cash flow is the lifeblood of any organization, and as a Cash Flow Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business continues to thrive. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire cash management process, from invoicing and collections to account reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage aged receivables and ensure timely cash collection
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Reconcile A/R to the G/L and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with accounting duties such as maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, analyzing financial data, and evaluating current policies to suggest process improvements

You will work closely with the CX department to provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
