Talent Attraction Specialist

At TTEC, you'll find an award-winning employment experience that brings humanity to business. As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Supervisor, you'll be part of bringing creativity and process implementation together in a high-volume talent acquisition and recruitment organization.

You'll manage a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency, building and executing talent attraction strategy, managing sourcing budgets, and working closely with vendor partners and internal teams to fulfill applicant flow and hiring needs.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing and will encourage and motivate your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to understand upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain advanced awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans and drive sourcing efforts to optimize budgets and maximize applicant flow.
  • Analyze data to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, and diversity hiring partners.
  • Partner with procure-to-pay teams, accounting, and finance for accurate budgeting and reporting.
  • Project manage collateral creation, establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for timely delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to team results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
