Job Summary

Customer Service Associate Position

This role involves interacting with customers via various channels, including phone calls and digital interfaces. As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide support and resolution to customers' issues related to products or services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong navigation skills on PCs. They should be able to multitask effectively, work independently, and demonstrate patience in customer-facing situations.

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. The selected candidate will be expected to work as part of a team while maintaining independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems related to client products or services
  • Ensure customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and provide resolution to the customer
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products or services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma and relevant experience. They should have strong computer navigation skills, PC knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, they should be dependable, have attention to detail, and be skilled in multitasking and adapting to changes quickly.
