Job Title

A Business Development role involves developing and promoting services to clients. This position requires a strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable appearing on camera, and have prior sales experience in any industry.

They will also be proficient with computers and software tools, have conversational English for internal communication, and have experience in building a personal brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote services to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales KPIs.
  • Represent the company in front of an audience and on video.
  • Build a personal brand on social media.
  • Partner with influencers and community groups to arrange promotional content.
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance (training and formats provided by the company).
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers using CRM and email marketing.
Requirements
  • Be outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
  • Work remotely from home, with strong personal time management and professionalism.
  • Be able to handle pressure and have prior sales experience in any industry.
  • Be proficient with computers and software tools.
  • Have conversational English for internal communication.
  • Priority: Have experience in the finance field (Forex, crypto, etc.).
  • Have experience in building a personal brand, including creating self-promotional content and videos in any form.
Benefits
  • Starting salary of $500, with a 2-month probation and 85% basic salary.
